  1. Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via USPS. We offer free SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Shipping delivery vary based on your location.

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track your package's journey right to your doorstep.

  4. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers outside of these regions.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vibe+Flair. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know about our returns process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within thirty (30) days of recieving your item to initiate the return process: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and with all the original packaging and tags.

  2. Vibe+Flair Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vibe.flair@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items that they are not satisfied with. We recommend requesting a signature upon delivery to ensure the item is received by our returns department. This helps prevent any issues with lost or misdirected packages.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please take a picture of the damaged or incorrect item and submit it via email to vibe.flair@gmail.com.

    Exchanges and Refunds: We are more than happy to process an even exchange or refund the amount paid for items that meet our return criteria. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly arrange for an exchange or issue a refund based on your preference.

  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
